Many CGM sensor accessories are designed primarily with practicality or sports in mind. With Embracelet, we want to show that wearing a sensor every day can also be combined with an elegant, feminine look.

Floréa has been designed with careful attention to:

• an open upper-arm cuff without a traditional clasp;

• a graceful shape that surrounds the CGM sensor;

• refined metal lines with an embracing appearance;

• an elegant floral detail;

• subtle Embracelet and Diabe-Tas engravings;

• multiple sizes for a suitable fit around the upper arm;

• separate versions for different CGM sensors.

The bracelet is intended to make the area around your sensor a stylish part of your outfit. Floréa is not a protective medical device, and no guarantee is given that the bracelet will prevent the sensor from becoming damaged or detached.

Confirmed sensor compatibility

Floréa is offered in separate versions for different CGM sensors. When ordering, always select the version corresponding to your sensor model.

The versions currently physically tested and confirmed are:

• Abbott FreeStyle Libre, Libre 2 and Libre 2 Plus — Ø35 × 5 mm

• Abbott FreeStyle Libre 3 and Libre 3 Plus — Ø21 × 2.9 mm

• Dexcom G7 and Dexcom ONE+ — 27.3 × 24 × 4.6 mm

• Medtronic Simplera and Simplera Sync — Ø28.65 × 4.77 mm

• LinX CGM — approximately Ø22 × 4.22 mm

Each sensor has a different shape, diameter and height. Floréa is therefore not automatically universally compatible with all CGM sensors.

Is your exact sensor model not listed among the available options? Please do not order Floréa for that sensor yet. Compatibility with other models has not been confirmed.

Important information about use

Embracelet · Floréa is a decorative accessory and not a medical device. The product has not been developed to replace a CGM sensor, affect its operation or provide medical protection.

Please keep the following in mind:

• The CGM sensor is not included.

• Regularly check that the bracelet feels comfortable.

• The bracelet must not place pressure on the sensor or your skin.

• Stop wearing the bracelet if you experience irritation, pain, pressure or discomfort.

• Always continue to follow the instructions provided by the manufacturer of your CGM sensor.

• Compatibility applies exclusively to the specific sensor version selected.

• Claims regarding water resistance, use during sports or protection apply only when expressly stated in the product description.

When will I receive my pre-order?

We expect to dispatch the first Floréa pre-orders between 15 October and 15 November.

This is an estimated dispatch period, not a delivery date. The final delivery time depends on the destination country and the selected carrier.

If the production or dispatch schedule changes, we will notify you by email of the revised estimated dispatch period. If you no longer wish to wait due to a delay, you may cancel your unshipped pre-order and request a full refund.

Ordering Floréa with an in-stock product

If you order Floréa together with a product that is already in stock, the entire order will be shipped once all items are available.

In-stock products purchased together with a pre-order will therefore not be shipped separately in advance.

Would you like to receive an in-stock product sooner? Please place a separate order for that product.

When will my order be shipped?

We expect to ship your order between 15 October and 15 November. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation containing tracking information.

Is the CGM sensor included?

No. You will receive only Embracelet · Floréa. The CGM sensor shown in the images is used solely to demonstrate the bracelet’s intended use and proportions.

Does Floréa fit every CGM sensor?

No. Different CGM sensors have different shapes and dimensions. Always select the version offered specifically for your sensor model and which has been physically tested.

Is Floréa a medical device?

No. Embracelet · Floréa is a decorative jewellery accessory. The product does not measure glucose levels, does not affect the sensor’s operation and does not replace a medical device or professional medical advice.

Does Floréa protect my sensor?

Floréa is not intended to provide guaranteed sensor protection. The bracelet is designed to be worn elegantly around the sensor, but it may not prevent the sensor from becoming detached or damaged.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

You may cancel an unshipped pre-order by contacting us. The amount paid will then be refunded to the original payment method.

What happens if I also order an in-stock product?

The entire order will be shipped once Floréa becomes available. If you would like to receive the in-stock product sooner, please place a separate order for it.

Can the final product differ from the images?

The lifestyle images may be digital or AI-generated visualisations. Colours and minor visual details may therefore differ from the actual product. Any significant changes to the design or specifications will be communicated before dispatch.
