At Diabe-Tas, we do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly, carefully, and reliably as possible. Below you’ll find how our shipping and delivery process works.


Shipping Area
We ship orders within Europe.


Shipping Partners
To ensure reliable delivery, we work with reputable carriers:

  • PostNL

  • DHL

  • DPD

The selected carrier may vary per order and per country.


Shipping Costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination country.
The exact shipping costs are always clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.


Processing Time
Orders are carefully processed within:

  • 1–2 business days

We also ship on Saturdays so you receive your order as quickly as possible.
No orders are shipped on Sundays.


Delivery Time
After dispatch, the following indicative delivery times apply:

  • The Netherlands: 1 business day

  • Belgium & other EU countries: 2–5 business days

Please note: delivery times are indicative and depend on the carrier.


Track & Trace
All orders are shipped with Track & Trace.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel.


Delayed Delivery
In the event of an unexpected delivery delay, we will inform you as soon as possible and work with you to find a suitable solution.


Incorrect Address
If there is any doubt about the delivery address provided, we will contact you to verify it.
Please make sure to enter your address details carefully when placing your order.


Not Home at the Time of Delivery
If you are not at home at the time of delivery, the parcel will in most cases be:

  • Delivered to a nearby pickup or service point

  • Or offered again for delivery according to the carrier’s conditions

You will always be informed via Track & Trace.

All orders are carefully packaged to ensure your Diabe-Tas arrives safely and in perfect condition.
